Teeth Whitening

This easy procedure can be done at Dr. Lee’s office and will leave you with sparkling, pearly whites.

Dental Veneers

From crooked and cracked teeth, to damaged enamel or noticeable gaps between two teeth, veneers can solve a number of aesthetic issues. Veneers are typically made from medical-grade ceramic or a composite resin (plastic) and are applied to the front of the tooth using a dental adhesive.

Enamel Shaping

Even if you have straight teeth, they might not be straight across the bottom or the tooth shape you’d like, which is where enamel shaping can help. This cosmetic dentistry service is an easy, quick, and painless process; since only a small amount of the tooth enamel is removed, you won’t have to undergo anesthetic, and is usually completed in under an hour.

Gum Grafting

This is a common cosmetic dentistry procedure and is also frequently used in periodontal therapy. If your gums have receded, you may want a gum grafting procedure to restore your gums natural look. With this surgery, Dr. Lee removes healthy gum tissue from one area of the mouth and then places it where the gums have receded.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are covers for teeth and are typically used when a tooth has severe decay, is worn down and weakened, or to cover a discolored or poorly shaped tooth. A crown can restore a tooth’s strength, size, function, and look. Crowns can be created from a number of different materials like ceramics, composite resin (plastic), and metal alloys, but are usually made to blend in with other teeth depending on the area of application.

Inlays and Onlays

If your tooth has significant decay that’s too much for a filling, but not severe enough for a crown, dental inlays and onlays might be the right option for you. These are placed similarly to crowns, but less of your natural tooth has to be drilled and removed when getting an inlay or onlay. Inlays cover a smaller amount tooth decay that doesn’t reach the cusps, whereas onlays do extend to the cusp and possibly to the chewing area of the tooth, depending on the area of decay.

Dental Implants

When a patient has lost a tooth, dental implants are typically the option Dr. Lee will recommend for a replacement that creates a near-seamless look. For a dental implant, a titanium screw is first inserted into the bone socket of the missing tooth. When the jawbone heals, it bonds with the titanium screw, creating a permanent and sturdy base for the crown that’s specifically created and shaped to match your other teeth.

Crown Lengthening Surgery

If you think your smile looks too “gummy” or if your gums cover too much real estate on your tooth, a crown lengthening surgery might be the solution for you. During this procedure, Dr. Lee will remove the excess parts of your gum to expose more of your tooth. He will then go through and reshape your gums to ensure your new smile looks just right.
